Job Information/Description:

The College of Allied Health Professions (CAHP) invites applications for a potential tenure-leading faculty position specializing in data science. This position is part of a strategic initiative to strengthen our informatics capabilities and connect foundational methodologies with real-world healthcare applications. The successful candidate will join a vibrant academic healthcare system, working to advance clinical and translational research.

The CAHP is one of six health profession education colleges at the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC), offering 15 unique education programs in the health professions. The college is known across the University of Nebraska System for its culture of innovation, collaboration, and respect. It is the second largest health professions college at UNMC, having recently added new post-professional doctorate programs for nutritionists and physician assistants, as well as new entry-level programs in occupational therapy, and genetic counseling.
