Community and Patient Advocate Travel Awards

Nomination Deadline: November 9, 2025 ASPO will grant up to seven travel awards, no more than one per organization, to support community scientist, community advocate and patient advocate attendance at the ASPO Annual Meeting. Awardees will receive complimentary registration to the 50th ASPO Annual Meeting, April 12-14 in Denver, and up to $1,500 reimbursement for travel and accommodation expenses expenses (flight or rental car, ground transportation or parking fees, and 2 nights of hotel at the conference rate). Receipts are required and must be submitted after the meeting. Cancer centers may nominate a community organization, and community organizations may self-nominate.
