Post-Doctoral Population Science Fellowship in Cancer and Cancer Health Disparities

Fellowship Description

University of Massachusetts Boston (UMass Boston) and Dana Farber/Harvard Cancer (DF/HCC) jointly

announce a Post-Doctoral Fellowship Program in Population Science designed to ensure a diverse and

highly trained workforce to meet the national need for highly skilled faculty and researchers committed to

better understand and address cancer health disparities. This program is designed to provide an

additional year of support to a Post-Doctoral Fellow who is currently engaged in a research post-doctoral

program and seeks to extend their fellowship for an additional year of support.

Eligibility Criteria

• Actively engaged in a Post-Doctoral Fellowship program with a primary research interest in

understanding and addressing cancer health disparities

• Demonstrated successful progress and outcomes during first two years of post-doctoral

experience.

Applicants from various socioeconomically disadvantaged, racially or ethnically diverse backgrounds are

strongly encouraged to apply.
