We are actively recruiting a Clinical Research Scientist in the Department of Epidemiology and Cancer Control. This position offers you the opportunity to coordinate the largest childhood cancer survivorship study in North America.
The Clinical Research Scientist leads a team of clinical research professionals in their daily activities to support participant recruitment, data collection, protocol implementation and quality assurance. Key responsibilities include coordinating multiple pediatric cancer survivorship initiatives; supervising research coordinators and associates; ensuring compliance with proper research practices; developing and implementing research procedures; designing and implementing complex database queries and reports; and serving as a key member of project leadership teams.
MD or a PhD in an appropriate scientific field is required. Three or more years of relevant research experience in clinical/population-based outcomes and health behavior research. Experience must include study design methodology, protocol development, study conduct and analysis.
