Ambijus - Real Fantasy Chablis Vinification is done with greatRed color, kombucha base. Inspired by the mountains in Norway, with fresh, spicy and sour flavors with cranberry and oak in the aftertaste. The key elements in this red version are fermented tea, elderberry, raspberry, wild blueberry, toasted oak and black peppercorns. Very tasty with all kinds of dishes with tomato sauce, pizzas, charcuterie and of course chocolate. Serve slightly chilled.
