The name literally means "pleasure" in Japanese and this is what the distiller also wants to achieve with this citrus tinted gin. The yuzu fruit is used as a base, in combination with Japanese pepper and Japanese green tea leaves. Fresh and floral aroma and a balanced taste of juniper, flowers and characteristic citrus.
