The triple distilled base spirit is of British origin, but the distillation takes place at the winery in the town of O Saviao in the Ribeira Sacra region. This soft, floral gin has a distinctly Mediterranean character with citrus, juniper, and fennel on the nose and palate. The finish is dry and refreshing.
