The nutcracker is composed of a base metal part (used for cracking nuts) and silver handles. These are marked with "800" for 3rd grade silver. The nutcracker is decorated with flowers in the Art Nouveau style. Dating: circa 1900 1910. The handles are in used condition with some minor dents. Weight: 116 grams. Dimensions: 3 x 16 cm.
