Our decafe comes from the Huila region in Colombia. Our decaf was decaffeinated using the EA Sugarcane process this uses only natural solvents and does not involve any pressure. The natural Colombian cup profile is thus retained, a caramel malty aroma with a fine cherry note. As an omniroast, our DECAFE is perfect for any type of preparation.
