Handmade Lokta Paper Garland- Monkey Crafting With Cat Hair by Kaori Tsutaya Each has its own personalHandmade Lokta Paper Garland Monkey The Handmade Lokta Paper Monkey Garland is super fun and we are not monkeying around. The garland features a variety of decorative Lokta papers, cut in the shape of monkeys, combined to make each garland unique. All elements of the garland are made by hand by a women's cooperative in Nepal. The women cut and assemble each element of the garlands body and sews them together into an approximately 6 foot long garland.
