Vines aged 25 30 years. Deep gold hue with aromas of ripe stone fruit, spice, and honey. The palate features peach and fig flavors, balanced by fine acidity and slate minerality, offering a concentrated profile with a lingering finish. Ideal with spicy dishes or as a dessert wine.
