Infiniment de L'Ou Rouge - 2018 (750ml) Semillon and a subtle hint ofAnother 100% Syrah release, the 2018 Ctes Catalanes Infiniment De L'Ou comes from vines near the estate, just south of Pepignon. It's a beautiful, round, soft, supple wine with lots of mulled black cherry and currant fruits, velvety tannins, an expansive, layered mouthfeel, and classic Syrah bacon fat, chocolate, peppery herbs, and tapenade aromas and flavors.
