Glengyle Kilkerran Heavily Peated Batch 11 (700ml) Colombia We create our classic robustWe use locally grown barley as much as possible, that is malted in traditional floor maltings. The malt is then dried over a peat fire. Once dry, the malt is mashed and fermented in house where we promote a longer and slower fermentation process yielding a fruitier ale, and therefore fruitier spirit.
