Bow ties close in the back with a black contoured buckle that snaps together. Product Sizing Small (12mo 3yrs) sizing measures approximately 2"W x 3 1 4"L long with an adjustable neck band and buckle style closure and extends to approximately 14". Medium (ages 3 9 yrs) sizing measures 2 1 4"W x 3 3 4"L with an
